AMP show


I participated in a great art exhibition and benefit
this weekend. The reception to my images was
generally positive and people spent a long time
looking carefully at them. This is good.

Forum for discussion

My pal D, who is a prof bass player, songwriter (Sheryl Crow)
and producer, has a house-wife-kid, managed to survive TWO
bouts of cancer, and now can't get any work.

My pal M had a great (non music biz) job and now has to sell
his house at the low end of the market and is living off the
dwindling 401Ks.

My artist friends are working in bookstores in their 40's.

These were all really successful people before! And this is
just a few examples of many....

I am asking - not ironically - what does this mean with regard
to the future of anyone who is not on either (top or bottom)
end of the financial spectrum? Is it just an E ticket down to
the bottom, courtesy of the neocons?
